  Ownership: You must have legal right to sell listed items

  Prohibited: No illegal goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeits

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  Processing: Dispatch within 24-48 hours of order
• •
  Packaging: Secure packaging to prevent damage
• •
  Tracking: Provide valid tracking number immediately

4. Fees and Commission

  Commission applies to total value of each sale

  Paystack transaction fees may also be deducted

5. Payments and Settlements

  Escrow: ETK Mall holds customer payments

  Release: After "Delivered" status + 2-day return window

  Schedule: Payouts processed T+2 days after confirmation
