You must provide:

  Rider Permit: Valid Rider's Card if required
• •
  Guarantors: Two verifiable guarantors
• •
  Smartphone: GPS-enabled for the Rider App

2. Professional Conduct

  Appearance: Clean appearance, use branded gear if provided
• •
  Behavior: Treat all parties with respect. No harassment
• •
  Sobriety: No alcohol or substances before/during duty

3. Package Handling

  Chain of Custody: You are fully liable from pickup to delivery
• •
  No Tampering: Never open or unseal packages
• •
  Vehicle: Keep delivery box clean, dry, weather-proof

4. Delivery Process

  Acceptance: Proceed immediately to pickup location
• •
  Timeliness: Complete within estimated time
• •
  Proof of Delivery: Collect OTP from customer, take in-app photo
• •
  No Proxy: Do not leave with guards/neighbors unless authorized

5. Earnings & Settlements

  Payouts: Based on distance and weight
• •
  Settlement: T+2 days to your registered bank account
• •
  Commissions: Service fee may be deducted

7. Liability for Loss or Damage

  Lost Items: Full value deducted from earnings or recovered from guarantors

  Damaged Items: Liable for repair or replacement cost

8. Data Privacy

Use customer information solely for delivery. Saving numbers for personal contact or marketing violates data privacy laws.
