💳 Payment & Settlement Issues

  • • Verify your bank account details are correct in settings
  • • Settlements typically process 2-3 days after order confirmation
  • • Check your transaction history in the Finance section
  • • Contact support if settlement is delayed beyond 5 days

📦 Product Listing Problems

  • • Ensure all required fields are filled (title, price, images)
  • • Images must be under 5MB and in JPG/PNG format
  • • Products may take up to 30 minutes to appear after publishing
  • • Check if product was flagged for policy violations
