Refund & Chargeback Fees
- ✓Customer-Initiated Returns: No fee if return is due to vendor error (wrong/damaged item)
- ✓Buyer Remorse: Buyer covers return shipping; vendor receives full payment minus commission
- ⚠️Disputed Chargebacks: ₦2,000 processing fee if chargeback is upheld against vendor
