Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy

Vendors are strictly forbidden from listing or selling any of the items listed below. Violations will result in immediate action.
1. Illegal & Dangerous Goods
- •Narcotics: Any substance illegal under Nigerian law
- •Weapons: Guns, ammunition, explosives, knives
- •Hazardous Materials: Fireworks, toxic chemicals
- •Stolen Property: Items without legal ownership
2. Counterfeits (Zero Tolerance)
ETK Mall has a Zero Tolerance Policy for fakes.
- •Counterfeit Goods: Unauthorized brand copies
- •Bootleg Content: Pirated software, games, music
- •Replicas: Items labeled as "replica" or "knock-off"
3. Financial & Digital Products
- •Currency: Nigerian Naira or foreign currency
- •Cryptocurrency: Virtual currencies or mining equipment
- •Schemes: Pyramid/Ponzi or MLM programs
- •Gift Cards: Unauthorized resale of prepaid cards
4. Medical & Healthcare (Restricted)
- •Prescription Medication: Drugs requiring prescription
- •Unapproved Supplements: Non-NAFDAC approved items
- •Medical Devices: Requires platform approval
5. Adult Content & Offensive Material
- •Pornography: Adult content or explicit material
- •Hate Speech: Items promoting violence or discrimination
6. Services & Intangible Items
- •Illegal Services: Hacking, forgery, academic cheating
- •Gambling: Lottery tickets, betting accounts
7. Consequences of Violation
- Listing Removal: Deleted without notice
- Account Suspension: Temporary or permanent ban
- Funds Withholding: Related funds frozen
- Legal Action: Reported to authorities (Police, NDLEA, NAFDAC)
